About the event
Join Tina Chabot and Sierra's Haven for a fun and relaxing day of yoga and fur babies. Sierra's Haven will feature dogs of all ages available for adoption during the session. Come relax with some yoga, all while enjoying the love of some adorable dogs. Sierra's haven will also collect donations of food, toys, and bedding.
FURever Meditation Yoga features an Ebb and Flow Yoga class focusing on an endless gentle stretch with breaks, meditation, and light movement, gentle enough for all ages and all populations. the session is open for participants to join and leave whenever they wish.
Class is $5 for members and $10 for nonmembers. Please register on the LC app. Participants may also register at the LC front desk. LC (Life Center)
